Accommodation and meals
During the tea house trekking, tea house is the combination of guest house, restaurant, and Social hang out. Many years experience of Trekking field of organizing various treks in Nepal assures you that we have chosen for our treks the cleanest and hygienically kept Tea Houses with friendly atmosphere and best views. Almost of the Tea Houses have running water facility. Many of them have hot water available for bathing. But we discourage our groups from using water heated by wood as lack of firewood in almost villages is a big environmental concern in Nepal. Private rooms are available in almost tea houses. Almost bathrooms are shared. Food safety is always a big concern and we take it very seriously. That is why we have chosen the cleanest and almost hygienically kept Tea Houses for our routes. During a trekking you will have breakfast and dinner in the overnight sport; lunch will be eaten at one of the trail side restaurants. Every Tea House serves the traditional Nepali meal Dal Bhat (rice and lentil soup). All Tea Houses of our routs have variety of different food items, such as rice, vegetables, noodles, potatoes and soup. Many of them have western food on menu. Soft drinks, snacks and beer are available in almost of the Tea Houses and trail side restaurants. All Tea Houses have boiled water for trekkers. And on the trek you will be provided with drinking water by your guide. The guide will make sure that water is safe for drinking.

During the Tented Camping Trekking; Camping is fully organized and supported, with a team of guides, cooks, sherpas and porters to accompany you. Our porters carry all the trekking gear, food, fuel and personal belongings. Our cooks prepare hot meals. Trekkers need carry a small bag as required for the day with personal equipments. At night, tents for dining, sleeping and ablutions tents are provided and set up. We also present mattresses, down-filled sleeping bags, tables and seating.

During the Home Stay; Home stay is a living and eating arrangement with a host family who offers an extra private guestroom or space for our clients. Home stay is most commonly used by foreign who want local culture, local festival and life style of local people. Someone who likes to learn Nepalese customs and Nepalese language is the best to do trekking in tropical village stay trekking. Home stay helps you come across land, culture, people and cuisine of any place in its perfect elements unlike hotel accommodation. These homes have their own history and stories to tell you, run by the families who have inherited the culture and hospitability. You can actually feel and see the daily life style in Nepal.

Security and Health
Trekking in Nepal is a unique experience so that to get maximum enjoyment you should be physically and mentally prepared. No trek is trouble-free so preparation should commence months before-walking, jogging, hiking (one or two bricks in pack) is helpful. We INSIST that an appropriate insurance policy is taken out that covers travel in isolated and mountainous areas, and also includes helicopter rescue. We recommend that you consult a reputable travel agent or insurance specialist. We recommend that all clients consult their doctor to discuss the health issues associated with their trek. We also recommend that clients bring their own personal first aid kit to supplement the comprehensive first aid kit carried by the Trek Leader.

Weather Event
Best time for trekking is autumn (September-October-November) and spring (March April and May) fair weather. Short treks and some Tea Houses treks can do during winter or summer season as well. You need to be prepared for sudden weather changes during trekking. That’s why trekking equipment should be chosen carefully before the trip. Sudden rain storms or snow are always a possibility which needs to be considered. The weather during the trekking season is somewhat more stable.
